NDIS run a number of workshops and expos throughout the year with the aim of increasing Participant and community knowledge and understanding of what NDIS is, the supports that can be funded by the Scheme and options around managing the supports provided.

Support Coordination Expo

Do you have support connection, support coordination, or specialist support coordination in your NDIA plan? Are you not sure how to use it, who can help you or what they can help you with?

Then come along to the NDIA Support Coordination Expo at the NDIA on

Tuesday, 2 May between 11am and 4pm

NDIA is facilitating an expo of providers currently delivering these services to be available to talk about their services and make your choice and control easier.

The expo will be held at the NDIA office at 78-80 Railway Parade in Midland. Expo entry will be via the Railway Parade door.

All NDIA information sessions are free and you can bring along friends or family. Sessions are held at the NDIA building at 78 Railway Parade, Midland.

How do I find out more about the NDIS?

Come along to a small group community information session. These sessions provide an introduction to the NDIS for the general public, all interested community members, people who may want to join the NDIS and those with an involvement in the disability sector. Everyone is welcome to attend.

The sessions are held the first Friday of each month from 9:30am-11am. The next session is:

I’ve got my first planning meeting or I’m reviewing my plan. What do I do first?

Come along to a small group plan readiness session. A staff member will answer questions about developing your plan. You can also share ideas with other group members. The next session times are:

I want to learn how to self-manage my plan? What do I do first?

Come to a small group self-management session. Explore the ins and outs of self-management including how to record and acquit funding, use the participant portal and set up a service agreement. Family and friends are welcome.
