Our opening hours are 9:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
To make an appointment, please call us between 10:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday.
When you contact us for an appointment we will start by gathering some information about you and your situation. This information helps us assess how best to help you and is also part of our funding requirements. Midlas is funded for a specific geographical area and service scope. If we are unable to assist you, we will do our best to refer you to a service that can.
Please note that as a Community Legal Centre, Midlas is unable to assist you if we are already providing services to another party in a dispute. If there is a conflict of interest, we will refer you to another service.
Our services are in high demand and we know that at times it can be difficult to get through on the phone. Please keep trying – we really want to help you. If you are unable to call, please complete the form below and we will contact you to arrange an appointment.

Demand for our service is extremely high and our available appointments frequently book out. We know there are people in need who are missing out.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so that someone else has the opportunity to attend.
