When you contact us for an appointment we will need to ask some question about you and your situation. This helps us work out how best we can help and is also part of our funding requirements.
Midlas is funded for a specific geographical area and service scope. If we are unable to assist you, we will do our best to refer you to a service that can.
Please note that as a Community Legal Centre, we may be unable to assist you if we are now or have ever provided services to another party in a dispute you were involved in. If this happens we will refer you to another service.
Our services are in high demand and we know that at times it can be difficult to get through on the phone. Please keep trying – we really want to help you.
