MIDLAS Legal Service
What we can do: Legal support to existing clients of our other services.
Community Legal Education to groups and the wider community, in relation to the above matters with regard to domestic and family violence.
Coverage:The MIDLAS Domestic Violence Legal Service provides assistance to victims of family and domestic violence to women who reside in or have fled from a property in the following local Government areas; City of Swan, City of Bassendean, Shire of Mundaring, Shire of Kalamunda. Additionally; we will also take on clients who are living in a Women’s Refuge & require representation in the Midland Court.
