When such a situation is encountered We may be able to: - Speak with your utility provider (Western Power, Alinta Gas, Water Corp etc) and arrange a suitable payment plan which will maintain your service.
- Where necessary to prevent disconnection, contribute an amount toward payment of the bill.
- Pay for prescription medication where there is a demonstrated urgent medical need.
- Ensure that you are receiving all appropriate rebates and concessions relevant to your situation.
- Prepare a budget as part of the assessment process, so that payment plans can be documented and realistic.
- Assist you with payment options such as Centrepay.
